Room 3 is designed to be a shared room. With over 260 square feet there is ample room for private spaces. It even has it's own entry outside entry. Room 3 represents the reservation for the second half of the share. If an individual desires to rent the entire space there is a $100 monthly discount such that the total would be $700 monthly.
